Carlsbad & Oceanside Sidecar Tour

Get to know a little bit of North County San Diego with this short but concise tour of the gorgeous coastal towns of Oceanside and Carlsbad.

The tour may begin in either Oceanside or Carlsbad depending on customer preference, both of which are easily reachable from most of coastal San Diego including downtown and Old Town via the gorgeous double decker Coaster Train. The tour rides along the famous Highway 101 connecting these two quintessentially Californian surf meccas. This is a one-hour loop between Oceanside and Carlsbad. Pickup and drop off can be arranged anywhere along the route.

Carlsbad is one of the most affluent towns in the nation and its streets are proud to show it. Small but full of charm it hosts a Farmers market every Wednesday and has a gorgeous coastline that thousands flock to daily to see the sunset.

In Oceanside passengers have the opportunity explore the historic San Luis Rey Mission – one of the oldest and largest missions in California with impressive architecture and history. From there we ride past the world-famous Oceanside pier where one can observe surfers enjoying the waves below. Oceanside also houses the renowned Surf Museum, the famous Thursday Farmers Market and Sunset Market, and has an impressive selection of food and drink venues to offer its visitors.

All tours come with Department of Transportation approved open face helmets. All riders must wear helmets at all times while riding on the motorcycle. Per California state law, passengers must be 8 or older with a minimum height of 4'9''.

Please be advised this is a one way tour heading south along the coast. Passengers’ have the opportunity to return up the coast via the gorgeous double decker Coaster train from numerous stations including Downtown Santa Fe Depot, Old Town, etc.
